We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our growing team of marketing professionals. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and developing multi-channel marketing strategies, managing campaign budgets, ensuring project delivery, maintaining client relationships, and driving bottom-line results.
As the primary point of contact for your clients, you'll be both a strategist and an operator — building campaigns from the ground up and ensuring flawless execution through your team.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage marketing strategies and budgets across multiple client accounts.
- Oversee strategy, execution, and performance reporting
- Translate client goals into aggressive, actionable marketing roadmaps
- Work cross-functionally with designers, content creators, writers, paid ad specialists, social media managers, etc.
- Own KPIs and make fast, data-driven decisions to optimize performance
- Stay ahead of platform changes, ad policy shifts, and compliance in the firearms, tactical, outdoors spaces
- Drive innovation: don’t just follow best practices — define them
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns (digital, social, content, paid media, events, and more).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and proactive communication.
- Project manage marketing initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are consistently met.
- Prepare and deliver campaign reports and analytics to clients and leadership, identifying key insights and opportunities for optimization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes, injecting innovative ideas into client strategies.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
- Respond to RFP's from current and potential OMG Clients
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
- Proven ability to build and manage marketing strategies, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms and tools (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, reporting tools).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and relentlessly resourceful attitude.
- Deep knowledge of SEO, PPC (Meta, Google, etc.), and multi-channel campaign planning
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
- Proven ability to manage clients and lead teams
- Experience with regulated or restricted industries (firearms, tactical, hunting) is a major plus
- Comfortable with fast-paced work, strong opinions, and tough love marketing
- Strong copy instincts, even if you're not the one writing the copy

Job Type: Full-time In Office
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 9-5
Pay: Starting at $75,000 per year DOE
