The Ocean Community YMCA is seeking a positive, organized, and youth-focused Gymnastics Coordinator to support our recreational gymnastics program. This role works closely with the Gymnastics Director to ensure safe, high-quality classes that help youth build skills, confidence, and a love of movement.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support recreational gymnastics classes
- Provide guidance and coaching to part-time instructors
- Ensure safety standards and YMCA policies are followed
- Engage positively with families and participants
- Support scheduling, record-keeping, and program improvement
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience coaching or working in youth sports (gymnastics preferred)
- Knowledge of gymnastics skills and spotting techniques
- CPR/AED/First Aid/Oxygen Certification (or ability to obtain)
- USAG Safety Certification (preferred)
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
