Location: Naik Family YMCA, Mystic, CT

Shifts Available

Weekdays: 4:45 AM – 10:00 AM

Weekends: 5:45 AM – 12:00 PM

Compensation

This is a part-time, non-exempt position with an hourly wage of $16.35 per hour.

Are you an early riser who enjoys making people feel welcome? Join our team at the Naik Family YMCA! We’re looking for friendly, dependable individuals to be the first point of contact for members and guests at our front desk.

Essential Duties

• Greet and assist members and visitors with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Answer phones, respond to member inquiries, and provide accurate information
• Check in members, register guests, and process program registrations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Welcome Center
• Support facility safety and emergency procedures as needed
• Communicate effectively with other YMCA staff and departments
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service or front desk experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, member software training provided)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
