This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a team, building relationships, and making a positive impact in their community.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Part-time, seasonal
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of campers before and after camp
- Engage children in fun, age-appropriate recreational activities
- Create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every camper feels they belong
- Maintain accurate attendance and follow all camp policies and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with staff and leadership to support daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children preferred
- Positive, patient, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification-YMCA will train
- Commitment to YMCA values: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility
