What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Sales Manager
Every day in our solar division brings something new. As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you’ll blend outreach, clean-energy education, and hands-on customer service while learning how to coach future team members.
- Educate clients on solar benefits through friendly conversations and great customer service
- Support solar consultations and help guide customers through the clean-energy sales process
- Learn to motivate and lead a small team as you grow in the Entry Level Sales Manager development track
- Work directly with customers to answer questions, explain solar incentives, and deliver transparent customer service
- Collaborate with leadership to strategize sales goals and maximize clean-energy outreach
- Bring positive energy, personality, and creativity into your growing Entry Level Sales Manager role
- Represent our solar partners with integrity, enthusiasm, and authentic customer service care
