Entry Level Sales Ambassador

As an Entry Level Sales Ambassador, you’ll introduce customers to our products and services, learn effective sales techniques, and help customers explore options that suit their needs. You’ll gain practical experience through customer interactions, team collaboration, and ongoing coaching while developing the skills needed to grow professionally.

What You’ll Do

• Represent Obsidian Forged Inc. with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Engage with customers, start conversations, and introduce relevant products and services.
• Learn product features and benefits to communicate information confidently.
• Ask questions to understand customer interests and identify suitable solutions.
• Present product information clearly and respond to customer questions.
• Support customers throughout the sales process and assist with completing transactions.
• Build positive customer relationships through attentive service and effective communication.
• Contribute to individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions to strengthen your product knowledge and sales abilities.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, approachable personality and confidence when speaking with people.
• Interest in sales, customer engagement, and professional development.
• A goal-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Reliability, adaptability, and the ability to work well with a team.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
