Senior Placement Advisor

Oasis Senior Advisors is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and organized Senior Placement Advisor to help families find the right senior living community for their loved ones. Our personalized service is provided at no cost to seniors and their families.
This position combines family guidance, relationship development, and placement coordination. The ideal candidate builds trust, follows through consistently, and is comfortable supporting families through important and sometimes emotional decisions.
Responsibilities
- Learn each client’s care needs, budget, location preferences, and lifestyle.
- Identify suitable independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities.
- Coordinate community tours and help families evaluate their options.
- Guide families from the initial conversation through assessment, paperwork, and move-in.
- Develop referral relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and local organizations.
- Participate in networking events and community outreach to build awareness of our services.
- Maintain accurate client records and provide timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with the Oasis team and follow up with families after placement.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, patience, and sound judgment when working with seniors and families.
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
- A proactive approach to relationship building, outreach, and follow-through.
- Comfort working independently and traveling locally for tours, meetings, and events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn our client management system.
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, social services, sales, or care coordination is preferred.
