About the Role

This is a sales-driven, entrepreneurial opportunity - not a desk job. Much like a realtor operating under a broker, you will have the freedom to develop your territory, build referral relationships, generate qualified leads, and serve families in your community, with Oasis's tools, training, and support behind you.

This is consultative, relationship-based sales. Success comes from earning trust, staying visible in the community, consistently managing a pipeline, and guiding families through one of the biggest decisions they can make. We are looking for someone driven by both purpose and production.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and build relationships with hospitals, social workers, case managers, elder law attorneys, healthcare providers, and other senior-serving professionals.
• Generate qualified client leads through networking, community outreach, presentations, and consistent business development.
• Build and manage a referral pipeline, following up consistently with referral partners and prospective clients.
• Meet with families to understand care needs, preferences, financial considerations, and placement goals.
• Convert qualified opportunities into clients and successful placements through responsive, consultative guidance.
• Guide families to best-fit senior living communities, schedule and facilitate tours, and support the decision-making process.
• Maintain accurate client, referral-source, and activity information in the CRM.
• Stay current on senior living options, services, resources, and industry trends across Montgomery and Prince George's Counties.
• Take ownership of territory activity, pipeline development, client follow-up, placements, and revenue growth.

What You Bring

• Proven ability to prospect, generate new business, develop relationships, and produce measurable sales results.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, listening, and follow-through skills.
• Tenacity and confidence to initiate new relationships and consistently expand a professional network.
• Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working independently with accountability for results.
• Confidence working in the field, including healthcare, senior living, and community settings.
• Strong organization and time management, plus comfort with Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms.
• Healthcare or senior-care experience with an understanding of sales is ideal. Real estate, hospice liaison, home care, senior services, insurance, and other consultative or commission-based sales experience are also valuable.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Most importantly: a growth mindset, resilience, compassion, and the drive to build something meaningful.

Position Details

Commission-based | 1099 Contractor | Full-Time | Field-based role serving Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. Advisors should expect to travel 3-4 days per week for referral development, networking, family meetings, community visits, and tours. Monday-Friday, daytime; weekends as needed.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
