Key Responsibilities
Compensation Leadership
Own and manage the North American compensation framework, including job grading and career structures
Lead all compensation reviews, benchmarking, and internal equity analysis
Handle compensation-related queries and approvals across the business
Partner with the global compensation team to adapt and implement frameworks locally
Oversee executive and short-term incentive plans (STIP), including quarterly cycles
Manage incentive programmes for internal teams, including enrollment teams
Benefits Management
Lead all employee benefits programmes across the U.S. and Canada (approx. 1,100 employees)
Own end-to-end relationship with external benefits broker/providers
Manage contract negotiations and renewals via broker partners
Oversee open enrolment (notably the October cycle)
Ensure compliance, including audits (e.g. 50/500 audit)
Act as escalation point for all benefits-related queries
Global Mobility & Additional Oversight
Manage global mobility activities at a North American level
Provide oversight of leave of absence policies and programmes
Ensure seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Systems & Processes
Work closely with HRIS systems (AVP for HRIS), including SAP data integration and daily feeds
Maintain accurate reporting and analytics for compensation and benefits
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a hands-on, end-to-end Compensation & Benefits leader who thrives in a mid-sized, private equity-backed environment
Essential Experience
Deep expertise across compensation, benefits, and mobility in North America
Proven experience managing broker relationships and benefits programmes
Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, equity, and incentive plans
Experience working in lean or mid-sized organisations, with broad ownership
- Must have experience in 50/500 audit
Preferred Experience
Background in PE-backed or high-growth environments
Familiarity with SAP / HRIS systems
Exposure to cross-border (U.S./Canada) benefits and compensation structures
