Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 incentives.

About the Company
Oakleaf Partnership is working with a fast growing food & beverage manufacturer. They currently operate 3x manufacturing sites across Kentucky and Indiana.
We are partnering with them to find a HR manager to lead the people function at the largest sites, reporting into the Regional HR Director.
The Role
As HR Manager, you will lead the end-to-end HR function across a 700 headcount manufacturing site, reporting directly to the HR Director. This is a strategic yet hands-on role, where you will set HR policies, lead workforce planning, drive engagement, and support operational leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals
✅ Lead labor relations, workforce planning, and talent development
✅ Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance across all sites
✅ Oversee HR compliance, safety, and employment law adherence
✅ Partner with site leaders to build a strong people-focused culture
✅ Lead HR projects including succession planning and DE&I initiatives
✅ Manage a small HR team and support site-based HR partners
What We're Looking For
