The company is privately held, profitable, and targeting $1B in revenue within the next few years, backed by major distribution partnerships and a lean, entrepreneurial team culture.
This newly created role will sit onsite at HQ and report directly into the SVP of Sales. It's ideal for someone analytical and Excel-savvy, with experience supporting field sales teams and a knack for turning raw data into clear recommendations.
You'll be responsible for:
Analyzing sales performance and trends across multiple regions
Producing actionable dashboards, forecasts, and CRM reports
Supporting pricing, planning, and promotional strategy
Helping optimize go-to-market activity with better reporting and insights
Ideal Profile:
3-5 years' experience in sales analytics or commercial operations
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM system skills (e.g., Salesforce)
Background in food, CPG, or retail preferred
Confident working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
