The Role: As an Activities Aide, you'll be at the heart of our community, leading engaging, creative, and meaningful activities for our residents. Whether it’s through arts and crafts, music, games, or group parties, you'll help brighten their day, spark memories, and encourage social connections. No two days are ever the same, and your work will make a lasting impact!
The Schedule: The shifts will be 2-3 days during the week and every other weekend, no holidays.
- Week Day shift hours : 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday (Every Other) 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with planning and then lead fun, interactive activities that engage our residents physically, mentally, and emotionally.
- Foster meaningful connections by encouraging socialization and participation in group activities.
- Help create an atmosphere of positivity and energy by ensuring everyone feels included and valued.
- Provide companionship and support to residents while promoting their independence and dignity.
- Collaborate with a passionate team of caregivers to deliver holistic, person-centered care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Previous experience working with seniors is a plus, but not required
- A motivated, self starter
- Creativity, patience, and a love for people.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- The ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic setting.
- Someone who is dependable, accountable and punctual.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
