Oak Terrace Senior Living of St. Peter is currently seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our care team! We have full & part-time opportunities available on our EVENING shift.
About the Role
As a Direct Care Staff Member, you will work closely with our management team and on-site RN to provide personalized, hands-on care to our residents. Your role is vital in supporting their daily routines, promoting dignity, and helping them live in comfort and with purpose.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals
- Communicating resident needs and observations to nursing staff
- Supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Working collaboratively as part of a committed care team
