What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN or RN (Charge Nurse) position at Oak Terrace Senior Communities?
Oak Terrace Assisted Living of Le Sueur is looking to add 2 licensed LPNs or RNs to our team. Wage starting at $28 an hr up to $37 an hr depending on license and experience.
We are hiring qualified individuals for both our evening shift and day shift. We are interested in hiring either individuals looking to work a full or part-time schedule or individuals just looking to work as needed / per diem. We can accommodate both fixed and variable schedules.
Duties include :
- · Work closely with RN's, LPN's to oversee resident care.
- · Process orders and communicate with other medical providers.
- · Assist with direct care and oversee CNAs, PCAs, and other staff.
- · Pass medication and perform treatments
- · Assist with ensuring that quality care is being given to all residents
- · Be a positive leader.
