- Professionally administer all incoming calls and redirect as needed.
- Greet guests in a friendly, joyful, hospitable manner.
- Open and close visitor area (e.g., blinds, lights) as well as maintain it in a clean and order manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Provide callers with company information (address, directions, fax numbers, website, etc.).
- Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail; maintain and route publications.
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
- Document and celebrate team member successes.
- Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
- Support HR/ERISA-related administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and accept direction on assignments.
- Office 365/Suite Experience Required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Work environment noise level is minimal; exposure to weather conditions may occur.
