O’Connor Plumbing is seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to support our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, tracking, and maintaining information related to purchase orders, warehouse inventory, vendor communications, and material confirmations data entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in entering and updating warehouse inventory data accurately.
• Accurately enter Purchase Orders (POs) for plumbing materials and supplies.
• Help reconcile inventory records with physical stock
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all materials and POS.
• Perform general data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Track material costs and update records to ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, warehouse staff, and procurement teams to support smooth operations.
• Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them promptly to ensure project timelines are met.
• Perform general data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all data entry tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor and team interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor coordination, or inventory management preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and data entry systems (experience with ERP software is a plus).
• Previous experience in plumbing, or trades-related environment is an advantage.
