In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, tracking, and maintaining information related to purchase orders, warehouse inventory, vendor communications, and material confirmations data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in entering and updating warehouse inventory data accurately.
- Accurately enter Purchase Orders (POs) for plumbing materials and supplies.
- Help reconcile inventory records with physical stock
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all materials and POS.
- Perform general data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Track material costs and update records to ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers, warehouse staff, and procurement teams to support smooth operations.
- Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them promptly to ensure project timelines are met.
- Perform general data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all data entry tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor and team interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor coordination, or inventory management preferred.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and data entry systems (experience with ERP software is a plus).
- Previous experience in plumbing, or trades-related environment is an advantage.
