JOB TITLE – Front Desk Assistant
SCOPE & PURPOSE
Under the daily direction of the Property Manager, the Front Desk Assistant will assist with the day-today operation of the property.
Duties & responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service to incoming guests and visitors.
- Maintain constant surveillance of the building.
- Enforce rules and regulations set forward by the property.
- Sign in and sign out guests and visitors.
- Assure all persons entering the building are authorized to do so.
- Write reports for incidents or irregularities or unusual occurrences.
- Walk the inside property1st to the 6th floor on schedule.
- Take necessary action in case of an emergency.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have impeccable customer service skills and experience.
- As this position may entail being the first point of contact for current and prospective residence, must be personable, friendly, inviting, understanding, patient, and kind.
