- Schedule: Monday–Friday.
The Dispatcher plays an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by coordinating technicians, managing schedules, prioritizing service calls, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians efficiently
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized dispatch schedule
- Monitor and prioritize service calls based on urgency and customer needs
- Track technician availability and service appointments
- Communicate professionally with customers and technicians
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and scheduling activity
- Help keep daily service operations organized and running smoothly
- Previous dispatching or similar experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using dispatch software and computer systems
- Plumbing, HVAC, or service-industry experience is a plus
- Availability Monday–Friday, with flexibility for after-hours and weekends when needed
