You do not need automotive sales experience to apply. If you have experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or luxury sales — and enjoy working with people — we will train you.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist clients in a professional, pressure-free environment
- Guide customers through a consultative vehicle selection process
- Demonstrate features, performance, and technology in an engaging way
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Follow up with clients to ensure an exceptional ownership experience
- Maintain showroom presentation and brand standards
