What You'll Do

As our Architect, you'll lead the design process from initial concept through construction documents while collaborating closely with our sales, estimating, project management, and field teams.

You'll:

• Design creative, functional, and code-compliant commercial buildings
• Meet with clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget
• Develop preliminary concepts and detailed construction documents
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Guide projects through permitting and municipal approvals
• Support project teams throughout construction by resolving design questions
• Help shape projects that are both beautiful and buildable

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who combines technical expertise with outstanding design ability.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect (required)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design capability
• Experience designing multi-family housing is highly preferred
• Commercial, mixed-use, or industrial project experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction methods
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for solving problems
