What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful execution of commercial construction projects by:

• Leading projects from post-contract through final closeout
• Developing and managing project schedules and budgets
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Building strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners
• Managing change orders and maintaining project profitability
• Working closely with our Superintendents, Estimators, Designers, and Sales team
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and with outstanding quality

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Has commercial construction project management experience
• Communicates confidently with clients and subcontractors
• Is highly organized and proactive
• Enjoys solving problems before they become problems
• Understands budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project coordination
• Is comfortable using Procore, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and other construction software
• Has a Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture degree or equivalent industry experience

Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year
