Job Summary:
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee critical day-to-day operations across receiving, inventory control, D2C shipping, and B2B order fulfillment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience managing teams, and a proven ability to improve efficiency and cost control.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and coordinate operations in receiving, inventory, order fulfillment (D2C), and wholesale shipping (B2B)
· Lead and manage frontline staff, ensuring warehouse runs smoothly, and keeping KPIs and service levels maintained and exceeded
· Develop, document, and improve SOPs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety
· Monitor inventory levels, cycle counts, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and alignment with demand
· Monitor and report on operational KPIs such as pick/pack rate, order accuracy, and dock-to-stock time
· Optimize warehouse layout, racking, and labor resources to meet changing business needs
· Identify issues proactively and drive root cause analysis and corrective action
· Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
· Support onboarding of new clients and continuous improvement projects across operations
Qualifications and Skills:
· 3 years of warehouse or fulfillment center management experience
· Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 5 people across multiple functions
· Deep understanding of warehouse systems, processes, and best practices
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proven ability to identify issues and create action plans
· Track record of managing projects from creation to completion
· Uses common-sense approaches to create plans and is action minded
· Focused on improving and systemizing operations for productivity and scalability.
· Strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
· Open to feedback and able to adapt through constructive criticism.
· Proficiency with ERP, Warehouse Management System, Supply Chain/Logistics software.
· High competency in G Suite and MS Office.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred).
· In lieu of a degree, 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain management roles (e-comm is a plus)
Preferred Additional Skills:
· Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
· Forklift certified (required).
