Our amazing team is growing, and we are looking to add a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to our team to accelerate our growth.
Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Receptive to constructive feedback
- GED or high school diploma
Duties
- Manage customer accounts
- Respond to inquiries and complaints
- Resolve customer issues via call and email requests
- Track orders
- Communicate with customers and carriers
- Create replacement/Manual orders
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Google Drive, and Shopify is a plus
- Spanish-speaking required
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, day shift
- hours per week
