An AI-driven software platform that automates end-to-end testing for web applications by learning from real user behavior. It continuously generates, executes, and maintains test coverage, including automatically updating tests as the product evolves. You will play a crucial role in driving customer success through technical expertise, managing quality processes, and driving high-quality outcomes for our customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead customer implementation of end-to-end testing pipelines, ensuring high-quality software delivery
• Build and maintain end-to-end test automation frameworks and suites
• Work directly with customers to meet their needs through efficient technical solutions
• Drive customer success, implementation, and revenue expansion
• Write, review, and debug code in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Collaborate closely with the Co-Founder, Engineering, Sales, and cross-functional teams
• Support and mentor Forward Deployed Engineering team members
• Drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Lead Proof of Value and Proof of Concept technical deliverables

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have 8 years of software engineering experience
• Must have 4 years of engineering management or technical leadership experience
• Hands-on coding skills in JavaScript and TypeScript with recent production experience
• 3 years of CI/CD test automation experience across unit, integration, API, and E2E testing
• Proven experience building or maintaining automated test frameworks and suites
• Collaborate with stakeholders and translate feedback into actionable technical solutions
• Excellent project management skills - define success, manage timelines and drive execution
• Experience working with customers in a technical implementation or delivery environment
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered developer tools, agentic SDLC solutions, or modern engineering automation platforms

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on experience in SDLC quality processes, with a focus on automation
• Experience with end-to-end test automation frameworks and building test suites using Playwright
• Background in QA automation engineering
• Experience working at an AI-first startup
