What You'll Do
- Set technical direction across multiple systems and teams.
- Lead complex architecture, data migration, and platform initiatives.
- Drive reliability, scalability, observability, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor engineers and elevate technical standards across the organization.
- Partner with leadership on product strategy, roadmap planning, and technical trade-offs.
- Influence long-term platform decisions that support continued growth.
What We're Looking For
- 8 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience owning production systems where uptime, reliability, and correctness are critical.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction beyond a single team.
- Deep expertise with TypeScript and modern React frameworks.
- Strong background in database architecture, schema design, and data integrity.
- Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments.
- Track record of mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards.
- Ownership mindset and ability to lead through ambiguity.
Nice to Have
- Experience with event-driven architectures or workflow orchestration platforms.
- Experience scaling SaaS products through significant growth.
- Background in fintech, revenue technology, payments, or B2B software.

Salary : $275,000 - $350,000
