About the Role
We’re partnering with an early-stage, VC-backed B2B SaaS company building next-generation revenue infrastructure for modern businesses. The team is tackling complex challenges around pricing, monetization, and scalable systems in an increasingly AI-driven landscape.
They’re looking for a hands-on Head of Engineering to lead and scale their engineering organization during a key growth phase.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, hire, and scale a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership and high standards
- Own the technical roadmap and architecture, ensuring long-term scalability and performance
- Partner closely with leadership, product, and GTM teams to deliver high-quality products on tight timelines
- Provide hands-on technical guidance, including code reviews and unblocking complex challenges
- Help build an AI-first engineering culture, leveraging modern tools and workflows
- Manage and mentor a growing team of engineers and contractors
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of experience building production-grade systems
- 3–5 years in an engineering leadership or management role
- Proven experience scaling engineering teams in startup environments
- Strong hands-on technical background across modern full-stack systems
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Bonus: exposure to sales tech, pricing systems, or quote-to-cash workflows
