We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for processing car deals, verifying costs for the accounting department and handling the legal transfer of documents for the DMV.

Duties:

• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
• Prepares tax and title documents
• Submits all legal transfer paperwork to the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder is paid off

Requirements/Skills:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive Warranty experience required
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail oriented
