We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Warranty Administrator/Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for processing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and supporting the service department with accurate and timely submissions.
Duties:
- Verify warranty coverage
- Review, process, and submit warranty claims to manufacturers in a timely manner
- Ensure all claims meet manufacturer policies and requirements
- Track and follow up on outstanding warranty payments
- Reconcile warranty receivables with payables and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians to gather required documentation
- Monitor and resolve claim discrepancies and rejections
- Follow up on outstanding payments and non-payments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer warranty procedures
Requirements/Skills:
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive Warranty experience required
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
