Overview
Our client is seeking a Junior Legal Business Analyst to provide critical assistance to the legal portion of their group. This role is designed for a professional, organized individual who will handle documents, manage case files, and ensure all departmental deadlines are met with a high degree of accuracy.
Responsibilities
• Assist the legal team with document management and processing.
• Manage and organize case files to ensure all information is easily accessible.
• Monitor and adhere to strict project and document deadlines.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to track data and create necessary documentation.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while collaborating within a team environment.
Required Skills & Experience
• 1-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Entry-level paralegal or research experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic formatting.
• Experience with document management and Microsoft Word.
• Competency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, specifically when dealing with complex documents and case files.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of professionalism.
• Previous experience working within a legal department or supporting legal operations.
