Job Title: Technical Program Manager III Location: San Francisco, CA 94105 (Onsite) Pay Rate: $33.68 / hourJob Summary:Databricks is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager III to lead and coordinate complex programs within the Salesforce CPQ portfolio. This role will be responsible for end-to-end program execution, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple GTM and CPQ initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage all aspects of programs within the Salesforce CPQ portfolio, including:Detailed project planningResource allocationBudget managementRisk and issue managementExecutive and stakeholder status reportingServe as the primary point of contact for program-level details and execution.Maintain a deep, technical, end-to-end understanding of upstream and downstream dependencies and their business impact.Lead multiple concurrent projects of varying size, scope, and complexity across GTM and CPQ systems.Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks by clarifying scope, removing blockers, and driving timely decision-making.Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, IT, Security, Marketing, and Business stakeholders) to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.Develop and deliver clear communications tailored to different audiences, including:Executive-level presentationsTechnical documentation for engineering and security teamsOperational updates for business stakeholdersApply PMO best practices to improve execution efficiency and program governance.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.5 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or relationship management.Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a complex technical environment.Strong hands-on experience with project management and backlog tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.Solid understanding of:Cloud servicesApplication hostingOperational practicesTechnical planning and dependenciesAbility to independently drive programs with minimal oversight.Strong executive communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to senior leadership.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with Salesforce CPQ as a Scrum Master, Analyst, or Program Manager.Background in PMO best practices.Experience supporting GTM (Go-To-Market) systems and processes.High level of curiosity and willingness to deeply understand business processes, technology, and products.Key Skills:Technical Program ManagementAdvanced Project ManagementSalesforce CPQJira / SmartsheetCross-functional LeadershipRisk & Dependency ManagementCloud & Application Architecture UnderstandingSQL (basic to intermediate)Machine Learning exposure (nice to have)Data Labeling & Annotation (exposure preferred)
