We do this by building and running the world's best data and AI infrastructure platform so our customers can use deep data insights to improve their business.Databricks Information Technology (IT) is a product-led organization transforming how we work from how easy it is to use our IT services to the applications we develop that help us scale in the face of incredible growth.ResponsibilitiesBuild and coordinate all aspects of a program under the Salesforce CPQ portfolio, including: detailed project plans, resource allocations, risks/issues remediation, status reporting, budget management, and serve as the primary go-to person for project details.Maintain a deep, technical end-to-end understanding of upstream/downstream dependencies and impacts, Lead multiple concurrent projects and programs varying in size/scope/complexity, spanning across several GTM and CPQ.Identify and mitigate risks to execution by clarifying scope, removing blockers, and ensuring efficient communication between appropriate stakeholdersCoordinates cross functional team members to ensure deliverables are completedCraft communications that can be consumed at different levels of the organization – from executive-level presentations, to materials consumed by engineering/security/Marketing/other teams.Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.RequirementsBachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems and a minimum of 5 years of technical program/project/relationship management experienceExperience working in Salesforce CPQ as a Scrum master/Analyst a plusSelf-starter with program management experience with previous history of managing multiple projects at one.
