This role involves managing departmental communications, supporting Meter Measurement activities, handling documentation, and coordinating various operational tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with office software tools while maintaining accuracy in daily tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all incoming and outgoing department communications.Maintain organized filing systems and support timekeeping, payroll, PTO tracking, and data entry.Prepare and manage purchase orders, receipts, invoice coding, and backorder tracking.Support Meter Measurement tasks, including:Purchasing and scheduling meter changesGenerating Maximo reportsBPU reportingMeter maintenance trackingHandle gate station permitting and utility billing.Coordinate external services such as landscaping and security maintenance.Oversee regulatory and emergency response training schedules.Manage equipment calibration and maintain calibration reports.Required Skills & QualificationsProficiency in office software such as Google Maps, Google Earth, Workday, and Maximo.Strong computer skills with the ability to create requisitions and manage timekeeping systems.Experience with Excel and data entry.Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Effective communication and note-taking abilities.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.Prior administrative or office experience is preferred, but not required.Skills:CommunicationFile processingExcel & WordData entryPurchase order management
