Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM (40 hrs/week)
Compensation: $22.00 – $23.00/hr

About the Role:
Elizabethtown Gas is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator for the Erie Street Plant. This onsite contractor role supports daily operations, manages administrative tasks, and coordinates external services to ensure smooth departmental functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage department communications (incoming and outgoing).
- Maintain files, process payroll, PTO, and handle data entry tasks.
- Prepare purchase orders, receipts, code invoices, and track backorders.
- Support Meter Measurement tasks, including purchases, scheduling meter changes, generating Maximo reports, and BPU reporting.
- Handle gate station permitting, utility billing, and coordinate external services such as landscaping or security maintenance.
- Coordinate regulatory and emergency response training.
- Oversee equipment calibration and track calibration reports.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in office software (Google Maps, Google Earth, Workday, Maximo).
- Basic computer skills for requisitions, time systems, and Excel data entry.
- Strong organizational and note-taking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous administrative or office experience is preferred but not required.
