Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Behavioral Health (Per Diem)
Location: Mahanoy City, PA
Pay Rate: $41/hr
Shifts: Rotating | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Primary)
(Additional openings: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM & 11:00 PM–7:30 AM)
Job Type: Per Diem | Ongoing | 15 Openings
Job Summary:
We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for per-diem behavioral health shifts in a detox and residential treatment setting. LPNs must be comfortable supporting patients with substance recovery needs and behavioral health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient care in detox & residential programs
- Administer medications and support withdrawal protocols
- Provide patient monitoring and report changes to RNs
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure patient safety at all times
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
- Current BLS
- Behavioral health experience preferred, but any LPN specialty is accepted
- Must complete a 4-hour orientation
- Strong interpersonal and patient-care skills
