This role combines print/copy center operations, hospitality services, and customer-facing site management. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, production/print experience, and the ability to manage workflows, supplies, and service quality in a professional office environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations of the onsite copy/print center, including printing, binding, and document productionServe as the primary onsite point of contact for customer requests, issues, and service complianceProvide hospitality services including conference room setup, beverage service, and cafeteria stockingManage incoming and outgoing mail and shipping servicesOperate copiers, printers, mail machines, and related office equipmentMonitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as neededCoordinate conference rooms and manage basic A/V equipment resourcesTrain staff and end users on workflow processes and machine operationsEnsure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of all work requestsCreate and complete work orders, reports, and required documentation accurately and on timeMonitor payroll time entries and ensure timekeeping accuracyAssist with minor office moves, vendor coordination, and facility-related issue reportingTrack service levels, deadlines, and compliance with operational standardsSupport shift efficiency, cost control, and material usageMaintain a professional, customer-focused environment and positive working relationshipsRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 2 years of experience in a related field (print services, site operations, facilities, or office services)Experience operating advanced office equipment (copiers, printers, mail machines)Experience delivering training (formal or informal)Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skillsAbility to lead, train, and hold team members accountableExcellent customer service and communication skillsComfortable walking throughout the facility and performing minor lifting (up to 50 lbs)Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilitiesWork EnvironmentProfessional office settingRequires standing, walking, bending, reaching, and light liftingFrequent interaction with internal teams, vendors, and customersAdditional NotesParking is not reimbursedNo driving requiredThis is a hands-on, onsite role requiring strong attention to detail and service excellence
