What are the responsibilities and job description for the Used Car Sales & Finance Manager position at NS Autos Inc?
NS Autos is a new, family-run independent used-car store at 4028 Hanover Pike in Manchester, MD. We buy at auction, recondition, and sell 15 to 25 vehicles a month priced below the local market with no hidden fees, and every car is priced to sell within 30 days. We are hiring one Sales & Finance Manager to desk the deals, run F&I and lead two sales consultants and a BDC rep.
Pay: $700 per week base plus 15% of front and back gross on the deals you desk and finance (or a flat $250 per delivered unit, your choice at hire). At 12 to 15 units a month that is about $5,500 to $8,000 a month, or $66,000 to $96,000 a year.
What you will do:
- Desk every deal: structure, present payments, submit to lenders, work approvals and stips
- Run F&I: credit applications, contracts, GAP and service-contract menu, compliance (Buyers Guide, Maryland processing-charge disclosure, Safeguards)
- Coach two sales consultants on the 15-minute response rule and appointment setting
- Manage pricing with the owner: the weekly price walk and the day-30 wholesale decisions
- Title work and deal funding within 3 days; contracts-in-transit follow-up
What we need:
- 2 years desking or F&I at a used-car store; subprime lender experience strongly preferred
- Maryland MVA vehicle salesperson license, or able to obtain one (we sponsor the application)
- DealerCenter, RouteOne or Dealertrack experience a plus
- Clean background (lender and MVA requirements)
- Reliable Saturdays
