What are the responsibilities and job description for the BDC Representative - Automotive Internet Leads position at NS Autos Inc?
NS Autos is a new, family-run independent used-car store at 4028 Hanover Pike in Manchester, MD. Every car we stock is priced to sell within 30 days, so the leads keep coming and the person who answers them first wins the sale. We are hiring one BDC / internet sales representative to own that first reply.
Pay: $16 to $19 per hour, plus $25 for every appointment you set that shows up and $100 for every vehicle sold from a lead you booked. Full-time or part-time (30 to 40 hours).
What you will do:
- Own every lead from CarGurus, Autotrader, CARFAX, CarZing, our website, phone and text
- Reply within 15 minutes during open hours with a written out-the-door price
- Book appointments, confirm them by text two hours before, and re-set no-shows
- Keep DealerCenter (our dealer management system) current: every contact logged, every lead sourced
- Call back every unsold visitor within 24 hours
What we need:
- Fast, friendly, accurate texting and a warm phone voice; good spelling
- Comfortable with web tools and a CRM; data-entry discipline
- Call-center, BDC, retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Evenings to 8pm on weekdays and Saturdays as scheduled
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
