Supply Chain Manager

Salary: $130K–$150K Annual Bonus Benefits
Summary:
Seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, and inventory operations. This role will manage a team of 4 Buyers and serve on the site's Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement, sourcing, supplier negotiations, and inventory management.
- Manage warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, and SIOP activities.
- Drive supplier performance, cost savings, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Support new product introductions, contract negotiations, and supplier development.
- Lead procurement KPIs, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
- 7–10 years of procurement/supply chain leadership experience.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with supplier negotiations, inventory programs (Kanban/Consignment), SIOP, Lean Manufacturing, and electronic material buying.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and Excel skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
