Position Title: Senior Concrete Project Manager
Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Travel to project sites required)

Company Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Concrete Project Manager to oversee commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. We are looking for a hands-on leader with a strong background in contractor-side commercial concrete construction who can successfully manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial concrete projects from award through project closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field superintendents.
- Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs, productivity, and quality.
- Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce all safety standards.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and company leadership.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
- Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when needed.
Qualifications
- 10 years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Extensive experience managing commercial concrete construction projects.
- Experience working for a self-performing commercial concrete contractor strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing:
- Structural concrete
- Foundations
- Slabs
- Walls
- Columns
- Reinforced concrete
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
