Leads procurement activities and team within a business unit, ensuring efficient sourcing, supplier performance, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier cost, quality, and delivery; resolve performance issues
- Support new product sourcing and introduction
- Drive cost reduction and inventory optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with procurement laws, contracts, and company policies
- Negotiate supplier contracts and manage procurement risks
- Monitor market trends to maintain cost and delivery targets
- Lead, develop, and manage procurement team
- Implement process improvements across procurement operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field (preferred)
- 7 years in manufacturing/supply chain
- Strong procurement, negotiation, and contract management experience
- Knowledge of compliance and government regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database tools
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
