Job Type: Fulltime Permanent Role/Direct Hire

Salary Range: $75K - $95K/annum plus benefits

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Plumbing Detailer (VDC/BIM) to join a growing team in an onsite capacity. This role involves developing detailed plumbing system layouts, creating fabrication-ready models and drawings, and supporting multi-trade coordination across active projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to contribute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed plumbing system models using BIM tools (Revit)
• Generate shop drawings, spool drawings, and installation-ready documentation
• Support clash detection and coordination efforts using tools like Navisworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and trade partners to resolve design conflicts
• Ensure models and drawings align with constructability and installation standards
• Maintain accuracy, organization, and adherence to project requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in plumbing detailing, BIM, or VDC environments
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices
• Proficiency in Revit (required)
• Familiarity with Navisworks or similar coordination tools
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

• Field experience in plumbing or related trades
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or multi-residential projects
• Exposure to process piping or technically complex facilities is a plus
• Experience with prefabrication and spool drawings
