Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations within the aerospace division. This role requires a strategic leader with deep aerospace experience and strong supplier management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management
- Drive supply chain strategy, cost optimization, and on-time delivery
- Manage supplier relationships, sourcing, and performance
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100)
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma)
Qualifications
- 15 years of supply chain experience in aerospace/manufacturing
- Strong leadership and global supplier management experience
- Background in Engineering (EMAT or related preferred)
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Lean/Six Sigma or advanced degree is a plus
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
