Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to lead advanced engineering projects, develop innovative technologies, improve products and processes, and provide technical expertise across cross-functional teams. This role involves complex engineering assignments with significant business and product impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex engineering projects involving new products, technologies, materials, and processes.
- Research, develop, test, and implement innovative engineering solutions to improve product performance and reduce costs.
- Analyze test results, research data, and product performance to establish engineering standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical guidance, recommendations, and mentorship to engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Present technical findings and recommendations to leadership, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations, engineering standards, and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical/Electronics, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s preferred.
- 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Advanced knowledge of engineering principles, technologies, and industry practices.
- Experience leading complex technical projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor engineers and influence strategic technical decisions.
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
