Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Military Pricing Manager to lead the SSO military pricing team and drive strategic pricing initiatives. This role supports pricing strategy development, proposal preparation, cost/market analysis, and collaboration with sales, operations, and division leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead military pricing operations, including TINA proposals and support for DCMA/DCAA/Government audits.
- Analyze pricing data, develop strategic price recommendations, and present monthly metrics.
- Collaborate with divisional teams on list pricing, discount structures, and competitive analysis.
- Support new product pricing strategy, value proposition modeling, ROI/payback analysis, and sales communication tools.
- Conduct pricing audits, lead pricing Kaizen events, and drive process improvements.
- Monitor market conditions, competitive pricing trends, and military product lifecycle.
- Prepare management presentations and support cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 4 years of progressive strategic pricing experience.
- Experience with FAR/DFAR, cost estimating, and aerospace/defense pricing.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence in a matrixed organization and drive continuous improvement.
