Field Performance Specialist – Midwest Region (Hybrid | New Haven, CT)

We’re seeking a Field Performance Specialist to support and guide regional Field Management across the Midwest (CO, IA, KS, MO, MN, MT, NE, ND, SD, WY). This role provides leadership, coaching, and operational oversight to General Agents, Assistant General Agents, Field Agents, and support staff to ensure agency growth and performance across key pillars: Production, Client Service, Applications, and IARs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop assigned agencies to achieve performance targets.
- Provide ongoing field guidance, coaching, and operational support.
- Partner with regional leadership to strengthen agency productivity and service quality.
- Support performance improvement, issue resolution, and process consistency across the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced insurance certifications (FIC, FLMI, CLU) preferred.
- 8 years of experience in life insurance administration.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Skilled in complaint resolution, time management, and field operations.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities with attention to detail.
