Senior HR Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
Duration: 3–6 Month Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $44.85 per hour
Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior HR Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to support HR operations, recruitment activities, union administration, and executive administrative functions. This role requires a highly organized professional with experience in HR, recruiting, employee relations, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, background checks, and employee records.
- Maintain HRIS data and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Support union-related HR administration.
- Manage calendars, meetings, office operations, vendors, and supplies.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer processes.
- Draft communications and maintain HR documentation.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of HR, recruiting, or HR administrative experience.
- Union environment experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business Administration, or related field).
- Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.
Salary : $40 - $45
