Job Description
- Post positions on internet sites
- Source candidates for open positions
- Provide in depth candidate feedback from phone screens
- Negotiate and deliver job offers
- Find new pipeline sources
- Provide excellent communication regarding candidate status to hiring managers
Requirements:
- A four-year degree is required
- A minimum of 2 years’ Technical Recruiting experience
- Corporate Recruiting experience a plus
- Position requires 2-3 days in the office; other days can be worked from home or in the office
- Full life cycle technical recruiting across a variety of technical roles - Database Engineers, Scrum Masters, Solution Architects, Business Analyst, Senior Salesforce Architect etc.,
- Must multitask - working on up to 15 different requisitions simultaneously while supporting and communicating daily with hiring managers
- Familiar with ATS systems - "Greenhouse" a plus
- Familiarity with HR recruiting metrics
- Experience working remotely a plus
- Highly Responsive
- You work well under deadlines and pressure

Salary : $185,000 - $225,000
