What Youll Do
- Lead and support projects through all phasesfrom bold concept designs to detailed construction administration.
- Develop high-quality construction documents, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, planners, and clients to bring cohesive, innovative projects to life.
- Conduct site analysis, grading, planting design, and integrate sustainable practices into every stage of planning.
- Manage project deliverables, ensuring excellence and timely delivery.
- Contribute to presentations, renderings, and compelling project proposals.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors or Masters in Landscape Architecture.
- 310 years of professional experience (positions available at multiple levels).
- Licensure (RLA) in New York State preferredor currently on the licensure track.
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software.
- Solid experience in construction documents, site detailing, and planting design.
- A blend of creativity and technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
