It collaborates with the brand, content & field marketing team and utilizes shared enterprise digital resources and agency partners to improve channel performance, efficiency, and overall commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
Topline Revenue Acceleration
- Develop demand and channel strategies that improve RevPAR performance, occupancy pacing, ADR maximization, loyalty contribution, and channel profitability.
- Align paid media investments with revenue and distribution strategies to drive efficient growth.
- Direct activation and optimization across:
- Paid Search / PMAX
- Paid Social
- Programmatic media
- OTA sponsored listings and merchandising
- Chain commercial systems (Koddi, IHG Boost, etc.)
- Ensure lower-funnel activation aligns with campaign, content, and messaging priorities.
- Prioritize and direct workstreams supported by shared enterprise digital specialists.
- Guide agency teams across targeting, investment pacing, testing frameworks, and efficiency improvements.
- Translate channel performance into actionable revenue-driving decisions.
- Communicate campaign impact clearly to commercial stakeholders, property leaders, and executive partners.
- Collaborate closely with brand, content & field marketing leadership to ensure alignment between performance channels and campaign narratives, seasonal priorities, and content deployment.
- Work jointly to maintain cohesion between lower-funnel demand tactics and upper-funnel brand awareness, ensuring efficient coverage across the whole guest journey.
- Share demand trends, booking behaviors, pacing shifts, and audience insights to inform brand messaging, asset creation, and content strategy.
- Coordinate paid media activation timing with campaign launch calendars, on-property field support, and brand-level promotional windows.
- Advance adoption of Marriott and IHG demand systems to unlock loyalty and direct-channel contribution gains.
- Identify opportunities to integrate chain-led programs with paid media acceleration.
- Track emerging media capabilities, platform enhancements, and chain-led updates.
- Lead test-and-learn roadmaps designed to improve conversion, booking windows, and direct share.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
- 8 years of digital/performance marketing experience across independent and branded hotel environments.
- Strong fluency with Marriott and IHGs commercial ecosystem tools and data platforms (Ignite, Boost, Koddi).
- Proven success driving topline revenue through integrated optimization and digital investment strategy.
- Experience directing enterprise-level digital resources and agency partners.
