- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in the restaurant industry.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the restaurant.

- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and budget variances.
