Controller
Location: Carrollton, TX | Full-Time | On-Site
Compensation: $120K–$150K base 20% bonus
A privately held, service-oriented organization in Carrollton is seeking a hands-on Controller to oversee financial management, treasury operations, and HR/payroll administration. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic insight and strong operational accounting skills, thriving in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash flow, bank reconciliations, and fund transfers.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Supervise GL activity, balance sheet reconciliations, and fixed assets.
- Lead payroll, benefits, and compliance processes.
- Review and approve AP/AR transactions and vendor payments.
- Partner with the CEO and department heads on business planning and performance analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, cash management, and financial systems.
- Proven ability to manage both strategic and day-to-day financial functions.
